Donation Guide

Donations are accepted at any time of the year and all donations are appreciated. All proceeds benefit the Church and its work with the Fairfield County community. In general, we accept items that have resale value. In recent years, that has included electronics, furniture, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, kids items (toys, strollers), bicycles, household furnishings, sporting goods, artwork, small appliances and more. If you think your item can be resold, we’ll likely accept it. If the item is brand new, we'll likely accept it.

We’ve also learned that some items just aren’t right for The Big Flea. As a result, we cannot accept the following items for donation unless the item is brand new:

To make a donation or for more information, please contact our Curator at bigflea@northstamfordchurch.org or call the church office at 203-322-1255. We appreciate deliveries by appointment only. DO NOT leave or dump at the church!

Vendor & Exhibitor Opportunities

Primarily, hand-made crafts, jewelry, artwork and prepared foods may be sold by vendors. Vending trucks are also welcome. Unless there is room inside, vendors must set-up outside. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs and overhead protection for bad weather. If you are interested, please contact our Curator at bigflea@northstamfordchurch.org for pricing and eligibility.
